Senior Financial Administrator | Luxury Residential Construction

The role of a Bookkeeper is pivotal in maintaining the financial stability and integrity of a residential construction company.
This full-time opportunity involves working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with potential for a 3-4 day week for the right candidate.
As the primary lead of the finance function, you will work closely with an external Management Accountant. The role will also involve aspects of general business operations administration and HR support, including client-facing activities such as customer support and calls/emails with high-end clientele.
Key Responsibilities- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll effectively.
- Perform expense reconciliations and ensure accurate Business Activity Statements (BAS) and Goods and Services Tax (GST) lodgement.
- Develop cash flow forecasting and project costings to drive informed decision-making.
- Maintain general journal and ledger management systems efficiently.
- Continuously improve accounting processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
