Luxury Residential Contracts Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Junior Contracts Administrator to join our luxury residential construction team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and review of contracts and scopes of work.
About the Role- Assist in preparing and reviewing contracts and scopes of work
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Process purchase orders and variations
- Maintain accurate project documentation
- Support the team with tendering and procurement
- Assist with project scheduling and budgeting
- Prepare and review contracts and scopes of work
- Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams

- Assist with project scheduling and budgeting
- 1–2 years experience in a similar role OR a relevant tertiary qualification (Construction Management, QS, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and a willingness to learn
- Passion for high-end residential construction
- Proficiency in construction software (Procore, Buildxact, Cheops or similar – a plus, not essential)
