Luxury Residential Project Manager Opportunity

Utilise your Site Supervisor/Foreman experience to take on a leadership role in managing luxury residential projects.

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Foreman to lead our construction team on high-end residential projects valued up to $6M. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Manage a team of carpenters and other subcontractors to deliver construction projects efficiently and effectively;
  • Read and interpret plans and drawings to ensure construction work is completed accurately and according to plan specifications;
  • Supervise the installation of building fixtures, fittings, and appliances to ensure compliance with manufacturer's instructions;
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise during construction;
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 7-10 years' experience as a Foreman working on luxury residential projects valued greater than $2M;
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices;
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills;
  • Able to read and interpret plans and drawings;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
