At Coles Group Manufacturing, we're committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers. As a Quality Assurance Supervisor, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our site meets all testing and verification requirements.

About the Role

We're seeking a passionate and experienced professional to join our Retail Ready Operations Australia function. As a Quality Assurance Supervisor, you'll be responsible for coordinating and implementing quality control processes and compliance.

You'll work closely with our Production Team to ensure compliance with the process control program through line monitoring and verification processes. Your attention to detail and ability to lead by example will be essential in maintaining high-quality standards.

About You and Your Skills

  • You'll have experience working within a similar food manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of quality management systems and change management principles.
  • You'll hold a bachelor's degree in food technology and related sciences, with a solid knowledge of HACCP and FSP.
  • You'll have experience working in a Meat and Poultry environment, with a proven track record of leading teams and delivering KPIs.
  • You'll excel in a leadership role, collaborating with team members and managers to drive continuous improvement and promote a culture of excellence.
