About the Role

A great opportunity has arisen for a passionate Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team at Coles Group Manufacturing. Reporting to the Quality Assurance Operations Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing quality control processes and compliance to ensure our site meets all testing and verification requirements.

You will work closely with our Production Team to ensure compliance with the process control program through line monitoring and verification processes.

As a Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and implementing quality control processes and compliance
  • Working closely with the Production Team to ensure compliance with the process control program
  • Leading change and promoting a culture of continuous improvement
  • Collaborating with team members and managers to deliver KPIs

About You and Your Skills

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience working within a similar food manufacturing environment
  • A bachelor's degree in food technology and related sciences
  • Experience working in a Meat and Poultry environment
  • A sound knowledge of Quality Management Systems, Change Management, HACCP and FSP
