About the Role

The Inbound Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain, overseeing the receipt and processing of goods, and coordinating with team members to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). This position requires a strong focus on quality, safety, and efficiency, with a proven track record in team management and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control inbound and outbound activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing of goods
  • Collaborate with team members and team leaders to deliver KPIs, including OEE, DIFOT, LTI/MTI, and Quality
  • Plan and coordinate day-to-day work activities, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively
  • Load, unload, and operate low reach, high reach, and counterbalance forklifts, ensuring safe and efficient use of equipment
  • Ensure compliance with quality management systems, implementing corrective actions as necessary

About You

We're seeking an experienced Supervisor with a strong background in supply chain management, team leadership, and problem-solving. You'll have a proven track record in:

  • Despatch and receiving goods, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Troubleshooting and fault-finding in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Low and high reach forklift licenses, with experience in operating materials handling equipment (MHE)
  • Demonstrated understanding of warehouse operations, including warehouse systems and inventory management
