Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience as a Logistics Manager

Cotton On Group is seeking a skilled Logistics Manager to lead our transportation operations across Australia nationally. In this role, you will be responsible for driving service excellence, ensuring safety, efficiency, and operational performance across our distribution network.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our retail business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with third-party logistics partners to drive operational efficiencies.
  • Analyse and optimize transport network performance across multiple sites to achieve cost and operational savings.
  • Partner with stakeholders to plan and forecast resources, wages, and labor requirements with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Report and present performance metrics with recommendations to key stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading high-volume supply chain or transport operations, ideally in retail or FMCG.
  • Strong stakeholder management and contract negotiation skills, with ability to build rapport.
  • Proven analytical skills with expertise in budgeting, resource planning, and commercial decision-making to align with key milestones.
  • A track record of driving results, improving processes, and leading & motivating teams.
  • Understanding of WMS / TMS systems is advantageous.
