Site Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Operations Lead to oversee the daily operations of our facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring rigorous safety and security standards, leading a dedicated team, and supporting the growth and operational excellence of the site.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate and manage the facility to ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the site team to achieve operational success and meet business objectives.
- Foster strong working relationships with internal teams, customers, government agencies, and service providers.
- Oversee and maintain security, quality, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Diploma of Business (Logistics Management) or equivalent qualification.
- Strong background in logistics and multi-mode transport operations.
- Proven experience in leading and developing teams, with sound business and personnel management abilities.
- Previous experience in Defence and/or EO supply chain would be highly advantageous.
