We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Logistics Manager to lead our transport operations across Australia nationally.
This role involves delivering exceptional service to our customers while ensuring safety, efficiency, and operational excellence across our distribution network.
- Lead and influence third-party logistics partners to drive operational efficiencies.
- Analyse and optimise transport network performance for cost and operational efficiencies.
- Partner with stakeholders to plan and forecast resources, wages, and labour requirements.
- Report and present performance metrics to key stakeholders.
- Proven experience in leading high-volume supply chain or transport operations.
- Strong stakeholder management and contract negotiation skills.
- Proven analytical skills with expertise in budgeting, resource planning, and commercial decision-making.
- A track record of driving results, improving processes, and leading teams.
