Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to oversee daily site operations, ensure rigorous safety and security standards, and lead a dedicated team.

\r

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading and developing teams, with sound business and personnel management abilities. A strong background in logistics and multi-mode transport operations is also essential.

\r

Responsibilities include managing operational support, ensuring depot preparedness for emergencies, developing and maintaining workforce capability and succession planning, and administering local recruitment, staff development, and performance management processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

\r
  • Diploma of Business (Logistics Management) or equivalent
  • Proven experience in Defence and/or EO supply chain would be highly advantageous
