Transportation Operations Specialist

As a strategic and hands-on Last Mile Freight Manager, you will lead our transport operations across Australia nationally, delivering exceptional service to our customers while ensuring safety, efficiency, and operational excellence across our distribution network.
Your primary responsibility will be to drive the success of our logistics operations by implementing process improvements, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and fostering strong relationships with external partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and influence third-party logistics partners to drive operational efficiencies.
- Analyse and optimise transport network performance for cost and operational efficiencies.
- Partner with stakeholders to plan and forecast resources, wages, and labour requirements.
- Report and present performance metrics to key stakeholders.
- Proven experience in leading high-volume supply chain or transport operations.
- Strong stakeholder management and contract negotiation skills.
- Proven analytical skills with expertise in budgeting and commercial decision-making.
- A track record of driving results, improving processes, and leading teams.
