Site Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring high standards of safety and security, and leading a dedicated team to support the growth and operational excellence of the facility.
- Effective management of resources and operations at the Point Wilson facility is crucial for success.
- The ideal candidate will lead, motivate, and manage the site team to foster strong working relationships with internal teams, customers, government agencies, and service providers.
- Maintaining security, quality, safety, and environmental compliance is a key responsibility.
- Operational support (wharf shipping, storage, distribution, and maintenance) and emergency preparedness are essential aspects of this role.
- A Diploma of Business (Logistics Management) or equivalent qualification is required.
- A strong background in logistics and multi-mode transport operations is essential for success.
- The ideal candidate will have proven experience in leading and developing teams, with sound business and personnel management abilities.
- Prior experience in Defence and/or EO supply chain would be highly advantageous.
