Our Team
Our Explosive Ordnance Services team provides critical support to the Australian Defence Force by managing storage, distribution, maintenance, and disposal of systems across Australia. As a turnkey solution, we offer opportunities for growth within our logistics services business, spanning 17+ depots nationwide.
Key ResponsibilitiesWe're seeking an experienced operations or logistics leader with a passion for safety, team development, and compliance. The successful candidate will oversee daily site operations, ensuring rigorous safety and security standards, while leading a dedicated team.
- Manage the Point Wilson facility efficiently
- Lead, motivate, and manage the site team for effective resource allocation and operational success
- Foster strong working relationships with internal teams, customers, government agencies, and service providers
- Oversee and maintain security, quality, safety, and environmental compliance
- Coordinate operational support and ensure depot preparedness for emergencies
- Develop and maintain workforce capability and succession planning to meet site needs
- Administer local recruitment, staff development, and performance management processes
- Provide timely updates to management on revenue opportunities, customer needs, market changes, and compliance matters
- Maintain documentation, process improvements, system design, and quality standards for ongoing business improvement
