We are seeking a Human Resources Consultant to join our HR Solutions team, specializing in onsite RPO services. As part of this role, you will work with one of our key clients in Sydney Olympic Park on a part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
This position involves managing new employee onboarding and induction, workforce management, performance management, recruitment, and HR reporting. You will be the primary point of contact for HR and payroll queries while onsite, responsible for updating employee files and ensuring compliance with our policies and procedures.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have experience as a developing Human Resources Professional within a corporate environment. Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or currently studying is preferred. Your demonstrated track record in HR will be essential in delivering high-quality results.
