Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Visual Merchandising Manager to join our team on a 13-14 month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our retail marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing branding and artwork across all multi-layered campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, category launches, and brand messaging calendars.
About You:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in retail design, marketing, or agency settings, preferably with expertise in POSM solutions, advertising, marketing, corporate identity, brand management, sales promotion, and digital channels.
- Strong project planning and management skills, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to draft content and messaging for various POS requirements.
- Strategic thinking to accomplish business objectives, overcome obstacles, and address challenges, with the ability to work independently, adapt to change, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with budgeting, financial management, and invoice processing, with attention to detail and analytical skills to maintain high-quality visual image standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Retail Guidelines- Develop and execute global and local visual merchandising strategies for Open, Operator, and Branded Retail channels, ensuring consistent execution of HQ VM guidelines.
- Create innovative window concepts, displays, and trade marketing POS solutions that align with brand direction.
- Maintain high-standard visual images, enhance the corporate brand image, and ensure store interiors are merchandised according to visual merchandising direction and brand standards.
- Work collaboratively with internal Marcoms teams to allocate key assets, messaging, and localization, while managing project trackers, creative updates, and asset retouching/localization requirements.
- Manage asset logging, recording, file management, and sharing with agency partners, adhering to brand guidelines and global advertising standards.
- Lead the management of creative assets, POS implementation, and campaign launches across all Open, Operator, and Branded Retail channels, including digital assets and signage.
- Develop artwork matrices for each campaign, create launch creative, and maintain VM asset catalogues to support VM activity.
- Inspire and motivate colleagues through vision, work performance, and integrity, displaying honesty, collaboration, and leadership qualities.
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrate technical expertise, and contribute to positive brand values and behaviors.
