About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Strategic Partnerships to join our team at Lendi Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and developing our panel of lenders, while also spearheading the creation of new partnerships that drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team, providing clear direction, guidance, and support to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage the end-to-end design, development, and execution of Lendi Group's biennial partnership program, inclusive of a revenue target.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with new and existing key partners, stakeholders, and industry representatives to support Lendi Group's vision.
  • Support the Chief Product Officer and GM Lending and Third Party with key strategic initiatives and new lines of business as they relate to new or existing lender or business partners.
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding of new and existing lenders and business partners, including negotiating agreements that provide an acceptable return to the business, stakeholder engagement, and roll-out.
  • Develop and implement the strategic partnerships plan to ensure a competitive lender panel is in place to meet customer and broker expectations.
  • Manage a robust operating rhythm at a strategic and operational level to ensure mutual benefit is extracted with Lendi Group and its lender and business partners.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics related to lender performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Manage budget allocation for operating expenses, including strategic partnership initiatives, optimizing resource utilization to achieve maximum impact and ROI.
  • Support the event and broker engagement strategy as it relates to Lendi Group's Partnership Program, ensuring all events committed to lender partners are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Maximize commercial outcomes of lending panel through commercial negotiations with lenders and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, maintaining integrity and transparency in all activities.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the Strategic Partnership team, fostering innovation, creativity, and excellence in execution.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in a Partnership management role – mortgage industry preferred.
  • Demonstrate a high level of communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders – (internal and external).
  • Ability to understand the unique Lendi Group sales model and culture and provide support to the team as required at all levels.
  • Project management and delivery experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure and organize priorities to meet deadlines.
  • A team player who values participation and leadership over individualism.
