The Organisation
Prospero Health & Social Care is a leading aged care provider based across Australia, specialising in residential aged care. This role is part of their team in Hervey Bay, where you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of residents and their families.
The Opportunity
As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for the clinical care of residents within this large residential aged care home. You will build strong relationships with residents and their families, ensuring their clinical care requirements are met and exceeded.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will work closely with the management team to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained, and you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of new initiatives and programs.
Skills and Experience
- AHPRA Nursing Registration with experience in residential aged care.
- A passion for working in an Aged Care environment, with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
- Understanding and knowledge of quality aged care standards, including ANACC guidelines and processes.
- Strong clinical knowledge and skillset, with excellent communication skills and computer literacy.
- Flexibility with shifts and days available, with a willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
