The Organisation

Prospero Health & Social Care is a leading aged care provider based across Australia, specialising in residential aged care. This role falls under one of their residential homes in Hervey Bay.

The Opportunity

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for the clinical care of residents within this large residential aged care home. You will build strong relationships with residents and families, ensuring their clinical care requirements are met. This role requires someone who is able to travel to the Hervey Bay area. The position is a full-time, permanent role with flexible shift patterns.

Skills and Experience
  • AHPRA Nursing Registration with experience across residential aged care
  • A passion for working in an Aged Care environment
  • Understanding and knowledge of quality aged care standards
  • Understanding of ANACC guidelines and process
  • Strong clinical knowledge and skillset
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and computer literacy
  • Flexibility with shifts and days available
