Aged Care Community Registered Nurse Position

As a Community Registered Nurse, you'll be a key player in delivering exceptional care and support to older adults. This is an autonomous role that requires you to travel and cover from Wide Bay/Fraser Coast QLD.
Your Responsibilities- Provide 1:1 evidence-based in-home nursing care, including wound and catheter care and insertion.
- Work with Home Care Package and Short-Term Restorative Care clients.
- Ensure efficient daily workload planning, including travel, documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks.
- Salary: between $49.61/hour + 25% Casual Loading plus 11.5% super.
- Salary packaging: up to $15,899 tax-free annually.
- Meal and Entertainment Card: up to $2,650 of your pre-tax income per.
- KM reimbursement: 99c per km.
- Smart phone and laptop supplied.
- Role specific equipment supplied.
- Supported by a full rostering and admin team.

Essentials:
- A minimum of 2 years as a Registered Nurse, preferably with a focus on aged care.
- Experience with continence assessments, catheter insertion/care and wound care.
- Genuine passion for enhancing the lives of the elderly.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Current and unrestricted Australian driver's license and ability to travel using own vehicle.
- Current vehicle registration including compulsory third-party personal injury insurance.
- Vaccine certification in accordance with legislative requirements.
