About the Role

Feros Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Community Registered Nurse in the Wide Bay QLD Regions.

As a Community Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to our clients in their own homes. This will involve providing wound and catheter care, conducting continence assessments, and managing client funding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 in-home nursing care to clients with complex needs
  • Manage client funding and negotiate with government agencies
  • Conduct continence assessments and manage catheter care
  • Provide wound care and management
  • Ensure efficient daily workload planning and documentation

About You
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in aged care
  • Experience with continence assessments, catheter insertion/care and wound care
  • Genuine passion for enhancing the lives of the elderly
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
  • Current and unrestricted Australian driver's license and ability to travel using own vehicle
  • Vaccine certification in accordance with legislative requirements
