Prospero Health & Social Care is a leading aged care provider based across Australia, specialising in residential aged care. This role falls under one of their residential homes in Hervey Bay, where you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
The OpportunityAs a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for the clinical care of residents within our large residential aged care home. You will build strong relationships with residents and their families, ensuring their clinical care requirements are met and they feel comfortable and supported.
This role requires someone who is able to travel to the Hervey Bay area, with a full-time, permanent position available. Previous aged care nursing experience is essential for this role, and you will need to be flexible with different shift patterns.
Skills and Experience- AHPRA Nursing Registration with experience in residential aged care
- A passion for working in an Aged Care environment, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care
- Understanding and knowledge of quality aged care standards, including ANACC guidelines and processes
- Strong clinical knowledge and skillset, with excellent communication skills
- Flexible with shifts and days available, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances
