Prospero Health & Social Care is a renowned aged care provider with a strong presence across Australia, specialising in residential aged care. This role is part of their team in Hervey Bay, where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents.
The OpportunityAs a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to residents, building strong relationships with them and their families, and ensuring their needs are met. This is a full-time, permanent role with flexible shift patterns, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.
This role requires someone who is passionate about working in aged care, with a strong understanding of quality aged care standards and ANACC guidelines. You will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and knowledge, working in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Skills and Experience- AHPRA Nursing Registration with experience in residential aged care
- Passion for working in an aged care environment, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care
- Understanding and knowledge of quality aged care standards and ANACC guidelines
- Strong clinical knowledge and skillset, with excellent communication skills
- Flexibility with shifts and days available, with a willingness to travel to the Hervey Bay area
