Prospero Health & Social Care is a renowned aged care provider with a strong presence across Australia, specializing in residential aged care. This role is part of their residential home in Hervey Bay, where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of residents and their families.
The OpportunityAs a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to residents, building strong relationships with them and their families, and ensuring their needs are met. This role requires someone who is passionate about working in an aged care environment, with a strong understanding of quality aged care standards and ANACC guidelines.
This is a full-time, permanent position, offering flexibility with different shift patterns to suit your lifestyle. Previous aged care nursing experience is essential for this role, and you will be expected to demonstrate strong clinical knowledge and skills, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Requirements- AHPRA Nursing Registration with experience in residential aged care
- Passion for working in an aged care environment
- Understanding and knowledge of quality aged care standards
- Understanding of ANACC guidelines and process
- Strong clinical knowledge and skillset
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and computer literacy
- Flexibility with shifts and days available
