About the Role

Elevate lives as a compassionate Registered Nurse with Feros Care.

As a Community Registered Nurse, you'll deliver exceptional care and support to older adults in their homes.

This is an autonomous role that requires travel to cover from Wide Bay/Fraser Coast QLD.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing 1:1 evidence-based in-home nursing care, including wound and catheter care and insertion.
  • Home Care Package and Short-Term Restorative Care clients.
  • Working remotely throughout your community.
  • Ensure efficient daily workload planning, including travel, documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks.

About You

We're looking for a Registered Nurse with AHPRA, who thrives in a community care setting.

Essential requirements include:

  • A minimum of 2 years as a Registered Nurse, preferably with a focus on aged care.
  • Experience with continence assessments, catheter insertion/care and wound care.
  • Genuine passion for enhancing the lives of the elderly.
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Current and unrestricted Australian driver's license and ability to travel using own vehicle.
  • Current vehicle registration including compulsory third-party personal injury insurance.
  • Vaccine certification in accordance with legislative requirements.
