About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced Business Performance Partner to join our finance team, reporting directly to the General Manager - Community Finance BP.
- You will partner with State Managers and Group Community Managers to drive Regional Community performance by providing financial analysis and supporting business decision making.
- Your expertise will be invaluable in delivering results-driven financial insights and solutions that contribute to our business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with State Managers and Group Community Managers to deliver Regional Community performance to plan.
- Provide business forecasting and financial modelling to support business plan delivery and strategic initiatives.
- Lead the budget process for the group of villages you support at year end.
- Review and support compilation of the Year End financial statements.
- Presentation of periodic reporting of business performance to senior management and village committees as appropriate.
About You
- Demonstrated experience in finance roles with a minimum of 7 years' experience.
- Demonstrated ability to influence decision making across a wide range of stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset, able to interpret financial insights rapidly and leverage this to influence a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of retirement village legislation, business strategy and key value drivers.
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
