About the Role:

Support Practitioner Grad Program

We are seeking passionate Graduate Behaviour Support Practitioners to join our industry-leading, Graduate Program kicking off January 2026 with roles available in Maroubra. As a Positive Behaviour Support specialist in our team, you will help participants from age 6 to 65, with a diverse caseload including complex care, intellectual disabilities, communication difficulties, mental health and behaviours of concern.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide ongoing support and intervention aligned to prescribed Behaviour Support Plans as well as recommendations for plan amendments.
  • Collaborate with providers, families and a committed MDT to develop innovative solutions for your clients.
  • Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.
What You Will Need:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Social Work or Psychology, Counselling or Applied Behaviour Analysis with a graduation date in 2025 or January 2026.
  • A valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
  • An NDIS check, a Working with Children Check, and a Police Check (or willing to obtain).
