About this Role:

We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Professional to deliver Person-Centred Behaviour Support services to our customers and support staff in implementing, monitoring and reviewing Behaviour Support strategies.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in developing Behaviour Support Plans, mentoring staff and providing skills development support to customers and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality Person-Centred Behaviour Support services to customers across all age ranges
  • Develop and implement comprehensive Behaviour Support plans
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes
  • Provide training on Person-Centred Behaviour Support as required
  • Monitor and follow up on behaviour-related incident reports

Requirements:

  • Minimum three years' experience supporting Behaviour Support Plans
  • Minimum three years' experience mentoring staff to implement Behaviour Support Plans
  • Experience working with customers, staff and families using Positive Behaviour Support approach
  • Experience working with customers, staff and families providing skills development support
  • Experience working within a Person-Centred approach
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office suite
