Behavioural Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Practitioner to deliver personalized support services to individuals with diverse needs.
As a Practitioner, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring behavior support strategies, working closely with our staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver Person Centred Behaviour Support to customers across various age ranges.
- Develop Behaviour Support plans and oversee their implementation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and consumers to achieve positive outcomes.
- Utilize effective time management skills to meet deadlines and service targets.
- Tertiary qualification and experience in the disability sector.
- Minimum three years' experience supporting Behaviour Support Plan development.
- Minimum three years' experience mentoring staff on Behaviour Support Plan implementation.
- Experience working with customers, staff, and families using Positive Behaviour Support approaches.
