Behaviour Support Practitioner

Are you passionate about helping individuals with behavioural difficulties? We are seeking an experienced Behavioural Support Practitioner to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Behavioural Support, as well as the ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team. They will be responsible for providing Behavioural Support interventions, including 1:1 support and group-based settings, in clinic, at home and schools.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting Behavioural Support assessments and writing Behavioural Support plans
  • Providing Behavioural Support interventions, including 1:1 support and group-based settings
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Behavioural Support Practitioner or in a similar role
  • Patience and ability to remain calm in stressful situations
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a specialist multidisciplinary team
  • Ability to effectively communicate with parents and carers
