Job Title: Digital Content Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Content Strategist to develop and manage the social media strategy of one of the world's most iconic automotive brands.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating engaging content that resonates with our audience and supports our brand goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage content strategies and posting schedules in alignment with our brand goals;
  • Oversee content creation by working closely with internal teams, creative partners, and external agencies;
  • Understand audience segments, manage community interactions, and ensure timely, brand-aligned responses across platforms;
  • Partner with data analysts to define key metrics, track performance, and deliver regular reports on ROI and engagement to stakeholders;
  • Work with marketing and digital teams to align social strategy with customer journeys, campaign goals, and market share growth opportunities;
  • Create and maintain content calendars that support campaigns, ensure brand consistency, and reflect timely, relevant messaging;
  • Build strong relationships across the wider team to ensure alignment, share insights, and optimize campaign performance;

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media, ideally 7+ years;
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Communications, or equivalent industry experience;
  • Proven experience in creative brief writing, project management, and delivery;
  • Sound understanding of social media channels and advertising platforms;
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills;
  • Demonstrated expertise in delivering engaging content underpinned by creativity and strong business acumen;
  • Experience in content creation via digital tools e.g. Adobe Photoshop will be highly regarded.
