**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategy Development**: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our business objectives.
- **Content Creation**: Create and curate engaging content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Seek Business, AnyBusiness, Business2Sell and LinkedIn.
- **Community Engagement**: Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement, and client feedback.Actively engage with followers and manage online interactions to build strong relationships with potential clients.
- **Performance Analysis**: Analyze social media metrics to track performance and optimize campaigns.Prepage reports on social media performance, offering insights and recommendations for optimization.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns.
- **Trends and Research**: Stay current with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing. Experiments with new tools and build strategies to enhance our social media presence.
- **Advertising Management**: Develop and manage paid social media campaigns to promote listings, services and events. Monitor ad performance and budget, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content.
- Experience in the business broking or financial services sector is a plus (not mandatory).
- Ability to think outside the box and develop new ideas and strategies to enhance social media presence.
- Strong skills in time management, content creation, planning, execution, and team management.
- Demonstrate successful social media projects from your current and previous roles.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
