We are seeking an energetic, motivated and confident Social Media Manager to increase our clients and Think HQ's online presence, effectively deliver campaigns and improve overall marketing efforts. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a passion for connecting with current and future customers and a deep understanding of various social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with our clients and Think HQ's business goals and brand strategy.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance using analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Develop and manage relationships with social media platforms.
- Stay updated with social media trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our clients' campaigns and communications remain effective.
- Create engaging and shareable content tailored to each social media platform, including written posts, images, videos, and other multimedia formats.
- Manage the social media content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule.
- Collaborate with our clients' internal teams to develop content that supports their marketing plans and campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with social media followers and influencers.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster a sense of community and encourage user-generated content.
- Monitor social media channels for potential issues and develop response strategies for negative comments or crises.
- Work with PR and Strategy & Insights teams to manage and resolve social media crises.
- Collaborate with account management and business development teams to understand client requirements and objectives.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and pitches to present social media strategies and creative concepts.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
- Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with paid social media advertising and campaign management.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to create visually appealing content using graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Skilled at navigating their way through conflict in high pressured situations; ability to make tough decisions fast.
- Trusted representatives of the client, the work and the agency.
- A keen eye for detail and quality control.
- Knowledge of the legal and regulatory codes.

Pay: $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
