We are looking for a creative Social Media Manager to join our marketing team based in Melbourne. You will be responsible for managing our social media, PR & influencer strategy in Australia & New Zealand, directly reporting to our Head of Marketing based in Melbourne.

This is an exciting time to join as you will work closely with our design and marketing team to help create a strong brand with a clear tone of voice to bring the Reebelo mission to life on our social media channels.

**Your typical day may include**:

- Set social media strategy and manage our social media accounts end to end (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok)
- Create engaging social media posts
- Work closely together with our social media manager in the US to brainstorm ideas and share best practices
- Build a strong community and respond to user comments
- Design and implement marketing strategies to increase followers
- Grow our brand awareness & engagement rates
- Have fun while creating one of Australia's coolest brands
- Work together with local influencers & reach out to journalists to share Reebelo's story
- Share organic social media insights with our performance marketing team

**We'd love to have a chat with you if you have**:

- Minimum 1 year of working experience in social media & brand building
- You are a team player who loves working together across departments
- Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent English writing and verbal communication
- Creative mindset & startup attitude
