We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Strategy Lead to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that drives engagement, brand awareness, and conversions.

Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to create high-quality, brand-aligned social media content across various formats and platforms. You will also be responsible for monitoring social media trends and competitors to inform content strategy and identify new opportunities.

In addition to your technical skills, you will bring a strong understanding of social media platforms and a basic understanding of social media management tools. You will also have experience in social media planning, scheduling, or management, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

You will work closely with our creative teams to develop engaging, social-first content and campaign ideas. You will also be responsible for planning and executing digital campaigns to drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversions. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure that our social media channels are consistent, timely, and aligned with brand goals.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in social media planning, scheduling, or management

  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
