Job Title: Social Media Lead

About the Role

This is a key leadership position within our Corporate Affairs team, responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies across corporate and consumer channels.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement social media strategies that drive audience engagement and deliver measurable results.
  • Lead and mentor a team of social media specialists to foster a high-performance, innovative culture.
  • Provide expert strategic advice to senior leaders on social media campaigns, content, and best-practice audience engagement.
  • Oversee content planning and execution, ensuring messaging aligns with our regulatory work and consumer financial education objectives.
  • Utilise analytics tools to measure performance, track key metrics, and optimise content strategies.
Your Background

You will have extensive experience in social media leadership, with a background in developing and executing strategies that drive audience engagement and deliver measurable results. Your expertise includes managing corporate and consumer-focused social media channels, overseeing high-quality content creation, and leveraging analytics to inform strategic decisions.

A strong understanding of digital communications in regulated industries, such as government or financial services, is essential. As a collaborative and strategic leader, you will excel at influencing stakeholders, providing expert advice, and working across teams to align messaging with our priorities.

You will have a proven ability to lead and mentor high-performing teams, drive innovation, and ensure best-practice social media engagement in a complex and fast-paced environment.
