Senior Technical Business Analyst

We are seeking a seasoned technical business analyst to lead the analysis and definition of complex technical solutions that align with strategic business objectives.

This role involves driving collaboration across multiple teams, business units, and vendors, ensuring the alignment of requirements and successful delivery of large-scale digital products and services.

  • Elicit and document business and technical requirements.
  • Analyse business processes and identify improvements.
  • Design technical solutions with cross-functional teams.
  • Support the delivery of requirements.
  • Own the squad backlog.
  • Manage financials and prepare cost estimates for stakeholders.
  • Create user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Support testing and implementation with quality engineers.
  • Perform data analysis and reporting for informed decisions.
  • Prioritise and groom the backlog with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in a senior role within a digital or technology-driven environment.
  • Experience managing financials and preparing cost estimates for stakeholders.
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Business, Engineering and Delivery.
  • Database management skills (e.g., SQL, Oracle).
  • Advanced technical requirements elicitation and analysis skills.
  • Process analysis and improvement expertise.
  • Solution design and documentation proficiency.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
