Are you a hands-on technical professional ready to take the next step in your career? This role is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to move off the tools and into a strategic solutioning role—supporting technical pre-sales and solution design across a wide range of technologies.

As a Technical Solutions Analyst, you'll work closely with our senior Solution Architect and internal teams to help shape client solutions that are technically sound, scalable, and aligned with modern IT practices. Your focus will be on the technical integrity of our proposed solutions and supporting delivery alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Solution Architect in developing end-to-end technical designs for new and existing customers.
• Contribute to Statements of Work (SOWs), technical documentation, and design briefs.
• Research and validate hardware, software, and cloud options for proposals.
• Liaise with internal engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions are deliverable.
• Assist in client meetings with technical discovery and clarification.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to internal solution design libraries.
  
  

A Bit About You

• 2 - 4 years in a technical IT role (e.g. Engineer, Technician, etc)
• Exposure to Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, infrastructure, or device management
• Interest in learning about solution architecture and customer design principles
• Solid understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, and core Windows Server services
• Experience supporting or deploying Microsoft 365 workloads (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Intune, Teams)
• Understanding of networking concepts (subnetting, firewalls, VPNs, VLANs)
• Hands-on experience in endpoint deployment or SOE (Autopilot, Intune, SCCM
• Strong communication and documentation skills
