Strategic Technical Solutions Consultant

We're seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our team. In this dynamic and inclusive workplace, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement complex technical solutions that align with business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Elicit and Document Requirements: Lead workshops, interviews, and discovery activities to gather comprehensive business requirements, user needs, and functional specifications for major projects.
- Analyse Business Processes: Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and recommend improvements to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Drive Solution Design: Collaborate with developers, cloud platform engineers, and product managers to lead the design of technical solutions that meet strategic business requirements and user needs.
- Create User Stories & Acceptance Criteria: Translate technical requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, including performance considerations.
- Support Testing & Implementation: Work with Quality Engineers to ensure effective delivery of clear acceptance criteria.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Drive data-informed decisions by working with Product and Business stakeholders, leading complex data analysis and providing strategic insights.
- Backlog Prioritisation and Grooming: Work with stakeholders to ensure a prioritised backlog with enough detail for technology teams to execute at any point in time.

Requirements:- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, ideally within a digital or technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of databases, APIs, and reporting tools, with an ability to mentor others.
- Expertise in eliciting and analysing complex technical requirements, including system analysis and data modelling.
- Skill in process improvement, solution design, and documentation.
