Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Experience Team Leader to drive service delivery, lead a dynamic team, and foster a customer-centric culture.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with a strong background in customer service and team management.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing CX team, handling enquiries across phone, email, and CRM platforms.

They will also resolve escalated customer issues with empathy and efficiency, drive a culture of service excellence, and monitor key performance indicators to inform strategic decisions.

In addition, they will support cross-functional collaboration across departments and regions, manage training programs, and ensure consistency and quality in all aspects of customer service.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience leading customer service teams
  • Background in B2B/B2C environments, ideally in product, manufacturing or wholesale
  • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot), NetSuite, and customer experience metrics like NPS
  • Experience managing remote or hybrid teams is a plus
