Salary and Benefits

We are offering an attractive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus exclusive benefits including flexible working arrangements, reduced cost private health cover, gym memberships, classes, massages, and other wellbeing-related treatments.

Job Description: Community & Stakeholder Manager

The primary objective of this position is to promote best practice communications to external stakeholders and local communities in the delivery of projects. This involves setting the strategic direction for communications and engagement across project delivery, acting as the primary point of contact for the client, and fostering a genuine two-way information flow between the client and project team.

  • Develop and implement effective communications plans involving community consultation and engagement within major construction projects.
  • Manage enquiries and complaints in line with the enquiry and complaint procedure.
  • Work closely with the technical streams to ensure known stakeholder requirements are proactively considered when developing program sequencing, design, and construction methodology.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or relevant discipline.
  • Extensive experience in developing and implementing communications plans within major construction projects.
  • Well-developed verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills, including consultative communications skills.
  • Experience in a similar level position, preferably in the construction/rail industry sector.
