About the Role

The Public Transport Authority (PTA) is seeking a skilled and experienced Stakeholder Coordinator to manage third-party projects and ensure compliance with organizational, stakeholder, and legal requirements.

As the Corridor Stakeholder Coordinator, you will serve as the main point of contact for external stakeholders seeking access to PTA land for their projects. Your key responsibilities will include conducting thorough research and providing expert guidance on freight rail corridors and non-operational railway access.

You will also review planning and development applications to ensure they align with PTA's operational needs and future objectives. Acting as the primary liaison between PTA and project managers, you will foster effective communication and collaboration to ensure all parties are aligned on project goals.

About You

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Substantial experience in stakeholder management for complex maintenance and works programs.
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Well-developed negotiation, influencing, problem resolution and interpersonal skills.
  • Substantial experience in managing the performance of an operational team in the achievement of agreed outcomes and providing a customer-focused service.
  • Well-developed organisational skills, ability to effectively coordinate activities and manage competing demands
