Key Responsibilities- Manage third-party projects to ensure compliance with organizational, stakeholder, and legal requirements.
- Act as the main point of contact for external stakeholders seeking access to PTA land for their projects.
- Conduct thorough research and provide expert guidance on freight rail corridors and non-operational railway access.
- Facilitate consultations with internal stakeholders and deliver timely information and advice regarding third-party initiatives.
- Review planning and development applications to ensure they align with PTA's operational needs and future objectives.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Substantial experience in stakeholder management for complex maintenance and works programs.
- Ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Well-developed negotiation, influencing, problem resolution and interpersonal skills.
- Substantial experience in managing the performance of an operational team in the achievement of agreed outcomes and providing a customer-focused service.
- Well-developed organisational skills, ability to effectively coordinate activities and manage competing demands.
