This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth tech innovator that's driving transformation in the B2B space. As a pivotal role, you will specialise in complex, cutting-edge hardware and software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- You will design and implement tailored enablement journeys across multiple sales roles.
- You are responsible for developing and launching a product certification program for internal sales teams.
- Your task includes conducting needs assessments and building targeted training programs focused on soft and technical sales skills.
- You will deliver hands-on enablement sessions and training (in-person and virtual).
- Maintaining and optimising content repositories and enablement platforms is crucial.
- You must scale internal content for channel partners such as agents and resellers.
- Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and subject matter experts is necessary.
- You are expected to track and analyse enablement impact through metrics and post-training feedback.
- Identifying and introducing cost-effective digital learning tools and formats is key.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar sales enablement or training role is required.
- A background in B2B technology, ideally with exposure to hardware or deep tech is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver and manage enablement programs end-to-end is essential.
- You should have a strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills are necessary.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Google Workspace is required.
- Experience with digital content creation (videos, e-learning, podcasts) is desirable.
- Sales enablement certification is beneficial.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into action is key.
