Key Role: Sales Enablement Expert

The Sales Enablement Expert plays a pivotal role in driving storewide objectives, fostering a culture of collective high performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences across the store. With a specific focus on the Communications department, this individual will spearhead initiatives that drive sales and profitability targets for their store.

Achieving success requires providing ongoing training, coaching, support and feedback to the store's Communication Team, ensuring the customer is at the heart of everything they do.

  • Maintaining agreed communications department merchandising standards
  • Ensuring all Communications Department activities meet compliance and legislative standards, with an emphasis on Safety, including in-store process and incident reporting

Requirements:

  • Proven retail experience and a broad knowledge of Telco
  • Proven customer service experience and background in cash handling, including the use of EFTPOS facilities (preferably electronic POS systems), and the ability to sell retail products and merchandise
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a consolidated sales team, and handle pressure situations
