
Sales Enablement Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales enablement expert to join our team.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of sales methodologies and quality assurance processes, with the ability to design and implement training programs to drive commercial outcomes for the business.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales enablement strategy to uplevel the sales capabilities by implementing sales methodologies and quality assurance processes.
- Work closely with sales, onboarding and customer success teams to understand their needs and challenges, and customise sales methodologies relevant by team.
- Create training materials and deliver training to teams over in-person and online sessions to establish sales methodology practices.
- Conduct call calibrations and coaching sessions with sales, onboarding and customer success team members to provide feedback on strengths and areas of improvement.
- Benchmark across the teams and partner closely with team leads to provide insights on how to improve team performance.
- Work collaboratively with operations teams to effectively capture call calibrations and sales methodology scoring across the sales funnel.
- 5+ years experience in sales enablement in SaaS industry.
- An entrepreneurial spirit for creating/customising sales methodologies to meet the needs of the business and teams.
- Experience fostering effective working relationships, quickly building rapport and engagement with cross-functional leaders to get buy-in and support.
- Excellent communication skills and a consultative approach to identifying key challenges and finding solutions.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and quality assurance to contribute to the creation of high performance teams.
