Recruitment Specialist Role

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of recruitment for legal support positions nationally. In this role, you will work alongside our Recruitment Lead, contributing to strategic hiring initiatives and building strong relationships across the firm.

  • Drafting job advertisements and posting on job boards;">
  • Taking ownership of legal support and internal firm services roles;">
  • Liaising with partners and managers to coordinate recruitment needs;">
  • Assisting in the candidate screening process including phone screens and in-person interviews;">
  • Conducting background and reference checks;">
  • Drafting employment contracts;">
  • On-boarding new employees;">
  • Driving the employee referral campaign via monthly recruitment updates to the firm; and">
  • Assisting with any ad hoc HR activities as required.">

Requirements:

A tertiary qualification in Business or Commerce will be highly regarded. Those with agency recruitment experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
