**Senior Account Executive - Sydney/Melbourne**

**The Opportunity**

In line with the firm's transformation strategy and ambitious growth plans, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Account Executive to join our Flexible Services team in either our Sydney or Melbourne office.

Vario is unique in the legal sector. Vario is now the fifth practice group within Pinsent Masons ("PM"). Vario Flexible Services is a hub of self-employed / freelance lawyers carefully selected not just for their technical expertise but also for their ability to 'fit right in' and add value from day one. Our flexible lawyers work on assignment for clients of Pinsent Masons, non-clients of Pinsent Masons and the firm itself. In doing so, they enhance the flexibility and focus of the organisations they join.

Vario was founded in February 2013, and since then has gone from strength-to-strength, with supply of high quality lawyers and legal professionals with demand from clients increasing year on year.

We've now reached a stage in our development as we transition from 'start-up' to a maturing Alternative Legal Services Provider (ALSP) business. We are looking to recruit a Senior Account Executive to support this growth within Vario Flexible Services. Ideally, we are looking for the following knowledge and experience:

- Previous experience of working in a legal services environment
- Legal or professional services recruitment experience
- Previous administration experience to a high standard
- LinkedIn Recruiter knowledge and experience
- Understanding of and interest in the changes in the legal sector
- Strong ability to build relationships with different types of stakeholders
- Experience of the recruitment and selection process including interviewing, assessment and job offers
