The RoleYou will take ownership of recruitment for legal support positions, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for candidates and hiring managers. You will work alongside our Talent Acquisition Lead, contributing to strategic hiring initiatives, building strong relationships across the firm, and help shape our approach to attracting top talent in legal support functions.
This role involves drafting job advertisements and posting on job boards, liaising with partners and managers to coordinate recruitment needs, and conducting background and reference checks.

We are seeking someone with between 1–2 years' experience in either an agency or internal recruitment setting. A tertiary qualification in Business or Commerce will be highly regarded.
Confidence, communication skills, and a proactive attitude are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to juggle competing priorities.
