Seeking a seasoned professional to oversee national recruitment initiatives for legal support positions. This is a full-time opportunity based in Melbourne.
The RoleWe're looking for an accomplished Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our HR team. In this role, you'll be responsible for recruiting top talent for legal support functions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and fostering strong relationships with partners and managers.
You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition Lead to drive strategic hiring initiatives and contribute to the development of our approach to attracting exceptional candidates.
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for someone with 1-2 years' experience in recruitment, looking to further develop their skills in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Develop and post job advertisements on relevant platforms;
- Take ownership of legal support and internal firm services roles;
- Liaise with stakeholders to coordinate recruitment needs;
- Assist in the screening process, including phone and in-person interviews;
- Conduct background checks and reference verifications;
- Draft employment contracts and facilitate onboarding processes;
- Drive employee referral campaigns and participate in ad hoc HR activities as required.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- A tertiary qualification in Business or Commerce;
- 1-2 years' experience in recruitment, preferably in an agency or internal setting;
- A proactive and results-driven approach;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
