The OpportunityWe are seeking a proactive and personable individual to join our national HR team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will be responsible for recruitment of legal support positions, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and leaders.
Key Responsibilities- Draft job advertisements and post on relevant job boards
- Owning recruitment for legal support roles
- Liaising with partners and managers to coordinate recruitment needs
- Assisting in candidate screening, including phone screens and interviews
- Conducting background checks
- Drafting employment contracts
- On-boarding new employees
- Driving referral campaigns
- Supporting ad hoc HR activities as required
This opportunity is ideal for someone with 1–2 years' experience in recruitment, either in an agency or internal setting. A tertiary qualification in Business or Commerce is highly regarded. We're looking for a confident and professional individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, a client-focused mindset, and the ability to stay organised and juggle competing priorities are essential.
